Great tool for great product. But why, just why you have to wait 25 minutes or more(!) for some processes to finish during commissioning?! It's very frustrating! Wait for update, after wait for 'start commissioning'?! Come on! There must be a different way! Such a waste of time! And it's me who has to explain that to my customers!

I'm used to having a multitude of issues for every solaredge inverter I program. I'm editing my review because their app/software has gotten EVEN WORSE! I used to have to do one or more factory resets every time, because the cellular wasn't working, or it was stuck in idle mode. But now the "connect to wifi" screen freezes every time after the inevitable factory reset. So until they fix their software, many of these inverters are worthless. Steer clear of solaredge if possible, they don't care.

Forces user to do full firmware update in order to access basic info. I do solar inspection work. I only have time to spend a couple minutes at the site looking at equipment. When I go to check the stats I am forced to use my phone, data, and time to do a full firmware update. There is no bypass or opt out of updating panel firmware like other apps. Even worse is times when I sit through the update and it fails in the end.
