this has to be one of the absolute worst products ever made. it has a very very simple function. tell curtain motors to open or close. that is it. no fancy options like open 60% etc, just Boolean commands. and it barely functions at the best of times. if you have already bought somfy motors, do yourself a favour and return them immediately. never use anything by this company. incompetence is their moto

Had the app for some time and had been prompted to perform update for a while. Finally decided to go ahead. After completing, everything looks normal, including green light on the switch but have no control over any blinds. Have restarted app, phone and switch with no change. Back to the remote i suppose. That'll teach me, trying an update when it was working fine 😓 UPDATE: Called tech support. My issue was resolved in less than 2 minutes by Troy. Cannot fault the excellent service and no me .

A major issue is the inability to select preset positions within the app , sure you can press stop but when your using the app away from home you have no idea what position the shutter is in & when using the MY setting there is only one position & that can only be preset and /or changed from the hand held remote control unit . Other brands give the user much more control. But in saying all that the system does actually work well & reliable its just the limited control that lets it down.
