Amazing app! It helped me get into running. The app is catered in a way that makes running fun - like a game! There's trophies to win and challenges to participate in. Not only does each achievement feel like a victory, every run gives useful statistics to help you improve. I use the free version of the app, but Strava gives you free access to Premium every now and then. Customer service is top-notch as well. They're quick to respond. So, if any issues arise, just reach out to them!

Lately I've been having an issue that when I finish a run, it's giving me a time that isn't accurate. I'll do a run and get regular updates every 500 meters. My run will finish around the 40 minute mark and I'll finish the run, save it on the app and then when it's finished loading find out that it says I only ran for 25 minutes but that the distance was the same. It's only started recently, other then this small issue the app is awesome. But for now just 4 stars.

Buggy & expensive. Currently in free trial period. The (huge) cost of a subscription would only be good value if the app was amazing, you use it loads & the fancy features useful. It's not, I don't, & they're not (for me). App constantly nags to get me to do things I don't want to do. In use (cycling), the map randomly resets from North-up to orientation-up, with no input from me, & is often 90deg out! I end up having to interact with little on-screen buttons when riding, which is dangerous.
