Horrible experience with this app. The product photos were not being uploaded correctly. I chose certain products and I received other products not the same photos on the app. and the expiration of the products was after 1 day. also, not easy to to customer care of Talabt. no way to use any of Talabt app or any other delivery app owing by them

Very bad customer service. I received the wrong grocery items, it took them 2 hours to send someone to take back the wrong items, and he didn't even bring the items I've ordered... after 3 hours I asked them to just cancel it and asked for a refund. it's been 3 days now and nothing happened yet. Last month, i had a similar incident. money charged, wrong items delivered, no refund, nothing. things are just getting worse, I canceled my pro subscription and will switch to another app.

The new App makes you press on the search bar which is on the top, just to open the search! (before it was better, as having the search icon on the bottom rather than the need to click on the top search bar twice just to do the same thing). Also the evaluation of the restaurants are a mess...you evaluate the restaurant, and they take it on all the dishes... plus if u have a restaurant as a favorite, there is no way to find you favorite list.
