I really like it. It helps you improve specific things in your life, like sleeping better or anger management. You can do simple exercises to make you feel calm and refreshed. Everything about it is free except for the therapist, but that is something you can choose for yourself. There is one thing that could use improvement so far. When you do a simple exercise it just ends abruptly. Like no fade out or just the music for a few more minutes. I really think this could be better because it's just like "bham" reality. Other than that great app would recommend.

My experience of therapy with Amaha was relatively poor. The process to join a session you've already paid for is needlessly complicated, requiring many steps that the team fails to communicate in advance. Even when you're struggling with these steps, nobody from the team comes forward to assist you, in fact, your timer already starts running! As a therapist, the expert assigned to me felt more like a salesperson than an empathetic therapist. I'm uninstalling after this experience.

very useful app for self healing with many tools and activities. reducing rating as mood tracker not integrated with therapists and doctors delaying mental health support to me even after 5 sessiins. no communication from support or anyone else left alone to struggle to suffer with emotional issues.
