Bloody Bastards is a physics-based medieval fighting game where you fight against your bastard brothers.

Destroy your enemies by using an arsenal of daggers, axes, swords, maces and hammers in the arena of champions.

In a unique blend of pixel art, 2D physics and ragdoll mechanics, Bloody Bastards offers a fighting experience like nothing else. Tap and hold on either side of the screen to control each hand individually and double tap to move. This is a great game, excellent even. I was considering paying to remove ads which I never do, BUT NOW you made it require and internet connection. Obviously you've done this to prevent people from using airplane mode, but it's a giant "F YOU" to anyone that actually likes your game and was willing to pay to support it. Shame.

I love the design of the weapons and armor, and the gameplay is nice and simple, which is both good and a bad thing, imo. The gameplay feels a little repetitive after 500 lvls, but seeing how the enemies get better gear as you do as you progress is fun, however... after beating level 500, and acquiring only a handful or 0 new items after that is a bit disappointing, and very repetitive. So... having more new items would be nice, maybe a new faction too, Ottomans or Mongolians would be awesome.

The combat is a lot of fun, especially at the state of the game. However, it becomes very trivial, especially in multiplayer/ranked where the only way to win is to use a shield and short sword and just running into someone, holding their weapon away with your shield and repeatedly stab them until they die.. Multiplayer is unbalanced and many weapons are not viable (especially two handed weapons are bad in mtiplayer. )
