I used to be a good app, I managed to go on concerts that were soldout before with this app and sold many tickets but since they implemented that "raffle" way to get randomly picked by the system it's less likely for you to get the ticket. It used to be very hard to get tickets to soldout shows but at least there were a chance if you were fast enough but now, it's clearly impossible and is fate rather than being quick. And no need to answer to my comment with your same lame message... Fix it!

Great app. Bug in sending thank you picture to person selling the ticket. I cannot select a picture only a pdf, and the latter does give an error as well. Suggestion: create a "smart pool" with notifications for new tickets. I would love getting fewer notifications if the chances go up that I'll be able to actually get it without someone else already paying.

While the raffle system sounds good in theory, the notifications come too late aparently. I click right away on them and the raffle is already done. Many times it shows errors. The lucky charm system also seems very random and useless. A lot of work still needed for it to be functional. Till then, it's pretty frustrating.
