lately it doesn't work! It tells me always "no route possible" with any destination I choose. Even near home. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, downloading the updated maps again, but it still doesn't work. Support sends me to the useless chatbot. Update:I live in the city, everything was working fine until recently. The maps are updated and downloaded correctly according to the link, already provided by the chatbot.

Usage on mobile is cringe in regards to zooming. It just zooms in too much too often, so I can't actually see the intersection on the map. Its especially bad when there's multiple intersections shortly after each other. Despite trying different options in regards to zooming. It'd be nice if one could set a minimum viewing distance of X amount of seconds based on avg speed or speed limit.

The app worked very well in the beginning, so I bought a paid plan to keep using it. A couple of days later the app started bugging, couldn't download maps, app restarted itself continuously etc. I have waited for this update, because I wanted to give the app another chance because, when it works, it works really well! But no luck, every time I open the app, after loading, it shows a blue car on a grey track circle saying: "Something went wrong". I really hope TomTom could fix this.

Hi there Jelle - sorry to hear about this! If you're getting the Error 10106 'Something went wrong', please try downloading a different map region to begin with. Once this has downloaded you can install the other map you're looking for. This should fix things - if you're having further trouble, just let us know ^Conor, TomTom
