TTLock

I've used this app for two locks for about 3 years. Although slow and poor security, it has been fairly reliable. Recently it has been failing to connect to both of my locks via the internet and via Bluetooth. I get the impression it is not well maintained. There are several frustrating things about the user interface, but isn't too bad. It doesn't handle the locks being in one time zone, while I'm travelling in another time zone very well. It isn't the locks with the problem.

this app was just adequate when working and since end of July an ad.exe was included and my virus scan software goes bananas and makes it hard to use as the exe is seen to compromise to other apps especially any banking ones. this is BAD customer service. the other thing that doesn't work is text notifications for verification. I uninstalled the app in the hope it would get rid of the ad problem, but no. now I can't get back in so the lock is totally unmanageable. I'm stuck!@#$%^

Horrible app. The lock/app is incredibly vulnerable. The lock belonged to the previous homeowner. With normal setup I was able to pair with and take full ownership of the lock in less than 1min. from OUTSIDE the locked house with no PW or proof of ownership. I don't recommend this lock to anyone who wants to keep their home and belongings secure. If you just want a pretty door handle that pretends to be a lock, then get it. Also the app has ads? Replaced and never buying anything from them.
