About this app

KRUGZKINETICS and the elemental cycle training system is a form of progressive resistance training with the added components of discipline and principled philosophy similar to that of martial arts Dojo. Through each Element of the cycle, one can expect to solidify the basics and progress to mastery. This system is being created to give you the tools and knowledge to not be caught in the eternal loop of on again off again healthy “phases” but instead be a consistent and sustainable training practice. This is a program that will give you the knowledge to take control of your health and fitness with a longevity practice. I will be adding to a video library on the KRUGZKINETICS YouTube Channel, this will serve as a way to have bite sized info chunks that can help build understanding and execution of general health and longevity training. These nuggets of training philosophy are going to help you understand and connect to each phase and why they are relevant to overall health and fitness. The overall long lasting goal of the KRUGZKINETICS ECT is to creatively stay engaged with making the best YOU possible! Keeping the Slogan in mind DO WHAT MOVES YOU! This is a virtual concept, a mental Dojo if you will, the way through advancement is not an easy one. You will be rewarded for your efforts and as it is with anything worth accomplishing it will be difficult, and unfortunately not everyone will do it. However if you continue to try, never accepting defeat YOU like hypertrophy itself will grow through struggle and perpetual failure. The Elements themselves are an abstract/arcane way to look at fitness. It is a fun and creative spin on how you can adhere to long term training. Lets face it, making new programs and coming up with new stimuli can be arduous and boring, KRUGZKINETICS will focus on more of the Fun more of the Joy and ultimately more adherence which will lead to better results! No matter where you are we can focus on working through a phase of E.C.T. Each phase in the cycle will last 5 weeks. Those phases including: WIND WATER EARTH FIRE (Not unheard of concepts to most of us I KNOW!) We will embrace the naturalistic and elemental components. At our core we have a strong primitive connection to these elements and nature itself, something that we too easily can lose touch with in our modern era. Pulling from these roots lets harness strength, wisdom and connection to the natural world that will help us to complete each phase and complete All the elements of E.C.T! GOOD LUCK WELCOME ABOARD!
