Everything has been fixed, except I can't link my hotel reservation to the app. Other than that, I've seen no more issues as of yet. Im able to make dinner reservations and mobile order food just fine. The wait times are accurate. Park map and directions are accurate. I'm able to pull up my passes and tickets with no problems. Universal pay works. Please fix the hotel reservations linking.

doesnt work. worst part is theyre trying to push you into using the app to order food in the theme park. they dont have cashiers, and no kiosks in some locations. so you have to use the app to order food. the app will constantly crash and is generally very slow and you cant even order stuff. i guess they donw want me to spend money in the park because this is ridiculous and frustrating.

-1 star if possible absolutely the worst app I've ever encountered, cannot even do the most basic task of creating an account, once you've successfully done it via the main website, you might be able to log on, but often not. then it forgets the ticket you have added to the device, and universal refuses to give out physical tickets in replacement. absolutely diabolical and you wonder why Disney world is doing better. it's 2025, it's not that difficult to make a working app, get a grip.
