Very Disappointed – Took Money Without My Permission! I signed up for a free trial on KukuFM, but without any clear warning or reminder, you automatically deducted money from my account. I never gave permission for this subscription to continue, and I feel cheated. The app said “free,” but later took money without my consent. I tried looking for options to cancel or get a refund, but the process is confusing and unhelpful. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Be careful – they may charge you

Totally bogus platform! I took a 3-month subscription but faced login issues after 8 days. They resolved it after 3 weeks, but my account still shows no subscription. I’ve complained several times—no action taken. Please don’t choose this service; it’s a complete fraud with zero support. I could use it for only 7 days in 3 months. It still shows active on Google Play till 29 Aug. They just say “contact support” but then nothing happens.

The audio language setting in the Kuku TV app is not working properly. Even when I select Hindi, the audio plays in a different language. The same issue happens when I choose English — it still plays in another language. This seems like a bug or error in the app. I have already purchased the subscription, but now I don’t know what to do since the content is not playing in the correct language. Please fix this issue or provide a solution
