Awesome app. When I opened it up I expected to have to navigate to whats free and what's not and how to get rid of advertisements, which is a time waster for me and usually results in uninstalling. But not with this app. No gimmicks, when you open the app it let's you get straight to the neck and back exercises. For someone like me who had a compression fracture of my T12, it even has post injury exercises on there. This is my probably my favorite free app I've ever downloaded. Good job.

Good app; it really did help with my back pain. The exercises are well explained and with perfect visual aids. There are some customization options and you can create your own exercise regiments. The only two nitpicks I have are not being able to set the length of the rest intervals, and losing the app sound if I send the app to run in the background or with a locked screen.

Fantastic! I can add, change and adjust exercises according to my ability, and there is a written description of each exercise, plus a timed voice, guiding me through each exercise, telling me when to start, change sides and stop. There's also a video of someone performing each exercise, so they're very easy to follow! The app is free - adds can be removed, but they're not invasive. A very good app with exercises that work if you persevere with them.
