Had alot of fun with the trial and I would love to see this game develope further into something amazing but the 7 days were really not enough for me to make a purchase. I have suggestion, let the main character equip things and enable an option where you can sleep for faster recovery or some bonus. I believe it will help with immersion in the chill experience that is this game

The concept is "closely following" the brilliant and completely free A Dark Room browser game. But in Bonfire the execution is lacking. The balance in the fight, dungeon exploration and fights is off. The game is way too short and lacks depth. It gives the impression of rushed game. For what it gives it is way too expensive. It is a shame that the developers did not realise the potential of their work. Would not recommend. Better play the A Dark Room. Update: Facebook message adds nothing.

The attacks at night feel very imbalanced. Often it's a couple of the small "wolves" which my guys make short work of, but sometimes it's a bunch of the faster medium enemies that wipe out all 4 of my guards with their steel armour and swords. So I restart the day, add a couple more guards just to be safe and that same night only a few wolves spawn making me feel like I wasted time and resources. Also the menus get really finicky with all the options later on. Still, the game is enjoyable.

Hi, you should have 7-9 guards to fight against the grey wolves (they are chupacabras). You should have enough villagers to have this many guards, we assume? Please feel free to contact us via email or Facebook fan page if you have any questions :) Our email: [email protected]
