I have shopped with Zalando frequently in the past and I love everything about it's app, variety of brands, collection, authenticity, everything. I'm really very disappointed with it right now. An item I wanted to pick up during the Black Friday sale was discounted for all sizes, but mine. I find this extremely discrimination really upsetting. That's really really terrible on your side, Zalando.

I guess there is no better place to address this. The user interface is mediocre and the profile data seems to be out of sync with the website but that's not a big problem. Marking my order as returned without clarification is. Contacted CS on Facebook because there is no live chat, then I was being told there was a "technical problem". I suspect there was a pricing problem and they should at least be transparent about it. 3 stairs is fair, but it is also rating the company behind the app not only the app itself. Unfortunately these two are intertwined.

Bought a gift coupon for a friend and set it to be sent on birthday day. It wasn't sent, it didn't appear on my account either. It just got lost! Customer service useless. They just couldn't help whatsoever. It took two weeks to get it resolved and just because I was persistent to check on them every 3 days. Birthday suprise ruined, waste of my time for calling and texting and no apology. I asked for any compensation and their normal response was to go far away. Never ever again!!!
