fantastic app, definitely worth the money removing the ads, the free version doesn't restrict you though. one of the reasons I chose this one over the competitors is that they don't charge you a ridiculous monthly subscription. well done keep up the great work! the only thing I could complain about is to upgrade the voice model because it sounds a bit robotic 😅

Overall, I like the app, but a few things could be improved: 1. Auto-counting reps throws me off—I’d rather go at my own pace. I've set 0.5x speed as workaround, but I had to change each exercise manually. 2. I'm on day 9 of the challenge, and reps haven’t increased since day 1. I had to add weight for progressive overload. 3. BTW weight logging isn’t flexible—changing weight updates all days, even past ones. 4. Exercise variety feels very limited. I'm on day 9 and it's already repetitive

it is a great app, but there is one issue I have and I will want that to be addressed. there is an option to select the weight of your dumbbell but nothing is considered after that. some exercises can not be done with a certain dumbbell weights but are still schedule in the exercise routine. if the only dumbbell you have is very heavy you cannot perform dumbbell seated in-and-out but you will still find it in the schedule.
