awful service! Customer support is a joke. They acknowledge the messages and ask you ridiculous questions, and then if you take more than a minute to type the answer they close the conversation. every time I open a request they do the same thing. they mostly speak in spanish, and when they do speak english is very bad and hard to understand. The app itself is really bad. It lags, it freezes and makes the robot do silly things. Shame on this company!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Very useful app. However, I find that at the end of cleaning the robot tries to find the shortest "crow flying" distance to the base though it would mean going through cabinets and walls!!! Of course, it can therefore never get to the base but keeps on trying all the same until it discharges its own battery :( Have shared details with the team in India but would be happy to share with the development rs team also. It is only for this reason that I am rating the app poorly!

I am a user of the cecotec conga 3290. After 30 days of useage, this is my feedback. The app is extremely difficult to use because of technical issues. Lags consistently. My plans keep getting deleted on their own. If the app is still for over a minute, it freezes. There is an error message for network every now and then even when im on wifi. The robot is really efficient. But the app is so pathetic that it makes it extremely difficult to use the robot.
