EU Job Spectrum is a free Erasmus+-funded app designed for autistic young people (18 - 29) who want to find jobs, internships, mobility opportunities, or training across the European Union. More than just a job search tool, it offers comprehensive support to build confidence, independence, and employability skills.

Key features:

• Job and internship listings across the EU - access current opportunities from trusted platforms such as EURES, Eurodesk, and EU Careers. Offers cover a wide range of sectors and skill levels, always with a focus on accessibility and inclusiveness.

• Erasmus+ mobility programs - explore international work experiences, training options, and exchanges that support both personal and professional growth.

• Peer Support tab - connect with other autistic job seekers, share experiences, and exchange advice on applications, interviews, and managing the challenges of job hunting.

• Personal profiles - create a profile that highlights your goals, skills, and support needs. The app suggests opportunities that match your preferences, and you can update your profile whenever you like.

• Development tools - use resources such as the Ready4Work Job Simulator, the Employment Journey Guide, and the Autism Ace workbook. These tools help young people build employability skills while also supporting youth workers and professionals.

• Simple and accessible design - enjoy clear navigation, an tutorial video, and availability in several languages (English, Italian, French, Greek, and Polish).
