charging sessions remain active without the possibility to end them. Not all charging stations are listed on the app. some stations listed aren't even built yet. References of charging bollards do not coincede with references on the bollards making it impossible to know wich one to select. the app does nit support RFID/NFC, so we can not use the phone instead of the puck. so basically, close to worthless.

No ability to login with social identity. Not easy to adjust the pin on the map. Impossible to search for the most essential locations such as Gent Sint Pieters station; it looks like non street names are filtered from the Google location results. The estimated price is not correct either, 20-30% higher than the regular price since the app does not take into consideration that taxis are allowed to drive through the pedestrian zone. No guarantee that a taxi will actually come and pick you up.
