ÄrräTreeni is a mobile application that is intended to support speech therapy and is suitable for home-based exercises.

The application has been developed together with Finnish speech therapists. Both the content of the application and the structure follow the effective methods of speech therapy used in speech therapy.

ÄrräTreeni is well suited for children of all ages, from 3 years of age to teen. However, we recommend that the adult and child use the ÄrräTreen together, so the adult will support the child if necessary and at the same time spend quality time together with learning.

Structure of the training:

What is R?
Let's start learning what R is? Identify the sound it sounds and how it should be said.

Motivation exercises
- Then work out the language and mouth motions to make it possible to pronounce the R-sound at all. Strong language muscles are needed.

D utterance
- The third is to pronounce D sound, which is much easier to pronounce than R, but it leaves the same point as R.

Little-r
- Then we move to the little-r, which is a bit like R, dzzz, shaking that language.

Star search
- Fifth, the search for a star begins. Then, when D has been found there, even more aggressively trying to shake that language.

R in the speech
- The last part of this application is the placement of an exclamation point in the speech.

The application provides versatile tasks for training in pronunciation through a variety of game-based exercises.
