Please let spins stack up for like 8 hours, so people don't need to open the app every half hour, but only 3 times a day at minimum. "Forcing" people who want to maximize their points to open the app every half hour may scare people away. If someone is invested, they'll come back every day, even a few times per day. On the other hand, it's pretty generous. Quidd gives 4000 coins every 3 hours and depending on the pack you want, you may only be able to buy 1 pack with that while Epics often gives a few packs per spin. On the other hand, Epics is more limited and doesn't give you as many options as Quidd as most packs except purple packs are very expensive. If spins are stacked, people can come back every 8 hours and spin 16 times and immediately open their packs. Otherwise they may get annoyed by the interruption and leave the app immediately after spinning. I barely used Quidd for example. I just opened it to collect my coins. While on NeonMob I had to actually open some packs, they give 1 pack per hour with a maximum of 6 at a time, giving less interruptions.

The game force closes instantly and repeatedly. Anything else is irrelevant right now. I have a level 2 roster and that still doesn't allow me to start the prestige section. Doesn't answer anything about obtaining shards? Doesn't address the lack of gold coins? Doesn't address the seriously inferior nature of the game now compared to a year ago? Still force closes, refuses to open for more than 5 seconds, provides no information about the crash, back to phone home screen. Repeat.

When you prestige, the game requires you have an upgraded roster to play. You can upgrade you cards by selecting the card from your library and clicking upgrade!

The game in its current state is incomplete. I've had three major issues, one of which involved a payment issue, and the other two remain unresolved. About 90% of my cards don't load for me, making the visual aspect of the game impossible. Additionally, one of the key mechanics in this game, leveling up cards, is straight up broken. The game in its current state can not be played. The support is nice, they respond quickly, but the game itself is very clearly unfinished.
