have never seen such a complicated app. Asks for a password. Asks for a pin, asks for a CONFIRMATION CODE whenever you log in and when you want to add your da.. credit card, it doesn't work?!?!?! Great scheme to make parking payement complicated and put fines. Good Job, Zagreb. Bravo 👏

I really don't see how the concept of a prepaid account helps the user in the app. If anything, it's just confusing and not intuitive at all. Limit of 20 HRK for card payments is complete nonsense as well. Had to spend 5 minutes trying to figure out how to pay for my parking due to the above - this should not happen. UX definitely requires more consideration and improvements.

Dear, During the next upgrades of the application, card payment will be possible for amounts less than 20 kn. Also, there is no time limit on the prepaid account in terms of spending.

Wasted my time trying to pay with this app. Firstly, it's not very intuitive to use, I had to spend some time trying to add a car and select a zone. The really annoying part was that I couldn't pay for a 10kn parking ticket - the only way to do it now is through a 50kn prepaid top-up. As I was just visiting Zagreb, that didn't make sense. I just ended up paying at a physical machine. I'm assuming this app was made to siphon money from public funds and not to actually simplify paying for parking.
