i used the app in egypt for calls and messaging, sometimes no notificafions for incoming calls, many ads, no end-to-end encrypted(strange now, many messaging apps now are encrypted), the most disappointing is that i try to delete my account but the app doesn't responsd properly, it gives "network error", i tried several times in different days. also "contact us" doesn't work.

Dear Botim Team, You have been doing excellent until the recent update where you have removed the capabilities to minimize, maximize, and close on the overlay botim windows. Now I have to keep it completely disabled or otherwise it stays on the screen. Also if I want to go to the big screen option I have to keep clicking on it, earlier I could just click on the maximize button. I need those options back please.

Simplify the app's style of sending money to Airtel Uganda. I only need to know where to type the receiver's details. But you ask for unnecessary "wallet account" which can't be seen or generated anywhere on the app! I tried, failed and even got angery. My money is now there sleeping. But the option for Bank transfer is good and easy to use though I never needed to use it for now.
