I tried to send feedback in the app but the help function doesn't work right. More and more the creators do not know their alphabet and do not but the answers in alphabetical order. This causes great frustration when trying to resolve and causes having to use coins to figure out the answer when the real problem is the answers are not in alphabetical order as they should be and are supposed to be. This distracts from the relaxation of the game as advertised.

The game is okay, but there are 2 annoying aspects: 1) the game freezes frequently, and will not respond to any touch, needing to be closed and restarted; 2) the lengthy animations are annoying, because you cannot do anything until the animations have finished -- the screen is locked and you cannot select letters or spell words for several seconds.

May 16 2025: new cell. Have to start all over with level 1-nothing transferred over. Must sign in with Facebook to sync your progress I just learned, & that progress goes to new cell. I have no need for FB. Why not have a "SYNC" option on this game that we customers can use periodically to save our progress? And/or let us add our old ID from the past cell phone to transfer our progress?TicTok ad came up,locked game & my phone on level 7 or so. Really? I used to love this. Fix
