Waste violations - Handbook of waste and environment violations is an application that allows simple and rapid access to the content of the "Handbook of waste and environment violations" of Egaf, edited by Dr. Alessandro Corrias.
Mainly aimed at those who carry out the investigation and prevention of infringements on the road (traffic police, municipal police, carabinieri, financial police, etc.), the Handbook is also useful for consultancy firms, driving schools, sector associations, etc. .
Due to its approach and structure, the quantity of information and the concrete and operational approach to the problem, the references and the numerous tables, the publication constitutes a unique handbook of its kind.
ATTENTION
This app does not represent any government agency. This app has no affiliation/authorization relationship with government bodies and/or entities of the Italian Republic.
This app constitutes an easy-to-consult handbook of the main regulatory provisions on waste valid in the Italian Republic and the sanctions provided for in case of violations of the same, compiled by the publisher Egaf S.r.l. (with headquarters in via Filippo Guarini n. 2, 47121 Forlì, Italy). The contents of this app must in no way be understood as the expression of official sources of bodies and/or public administration of the Italian Republic, but solely reflect the opinions of the Egaf authors regarding the application of the aforementioned regulatory provisions.
The contents of the app are developed starting from Legislative Decree 152/2006 (so-called "Environmental Code"), which constitutes the main reference standard in this area, but which does not include all the provisions applicable in this area. In particular, further relevant provisions for some types of waste are provided for by specific sector regulations, which also establish the relevant sanctioning regime.
This version of the app is updated until the following further regulatory provisions are issued:
• Legislative Decree 150/2022, relating to the most recent reform of the criminal trial;
• interministerial decree 59/2023, regarding waste traceability;
• decree of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of 14 April 2023, regarding notification and assessment costs;
• Law 60/2023, relating to arrest in flagrante delicto.
It is possible to consult all the reference regulations on www.gazzetta ufficio.it, www.mef.gov.it, www.giustizia.it, www.mase.gov.it and www.parlamento.it.
Research
• Environment code: simply enter the article number of DLG 152/2006
• Other regulations: to search for sanctions referring to "other regulations" on waste, other than DLG 152/2006
• Alphabetical: A list of keywords in alphabetical order
• Summary: A systematic index of the app
Any hypothesis of violation:
• is highlighted graphically with article, paragraph, description of the case, pecuniary and additional sanctions;
• contains the motivation, with the wording of the infringement, drawn up in such a way that it can be transcribed directly on the complaint reports;
• is complete with operational notes (in a smaller font), with detailed procedural and practical indications, referring to concrete situations, for precise and immediate orientation in the operational phase.
Consultation of the app does not replace an in-depth study of all the relevant regulatory provisions regarding waste.
