AWFUL!!!!!, one of the most useless Apps I have ever come across...if I could give it zero stars I would. doesn't even let me register for an account for the washing machine...tried several times on different devices.., after inputing details screen just becomes blank.. complete white...seriously guys its 2025...surely you can update & provide better quality app

Communication issues (NFC connecting but not starting the selected wash cycle). App isn't so practical to use (No way to edit self-made programs. As soon as you go in it starts from scratch.) No way to tell which programs on the dial are for which cycle (Some symbols in the app correspond but not all are shown and it means searching to find the one you are looking for.) A lot of unnecessary clicking to start the special programs in the app, when they were working (Have to confirm 3-4 times)

I changed the phone and the app doesn't work anymore. I used to select and run my programmes with an H-Wash 300 Lite via NFC, but now the app doesn't seem to work with the same washer. It keeps vibrating, but the programmes never start. I'm using a CMF Phone 2 if that helps. I'll change my review if you can fix this, thanks.
