AWFUL!!!!!, one of the most useless Apps I have ever come across...if I could give it zero stars I would. doesn't even let me register for an account for the washing machine...tried several times on different devices.., after inputing details screen just becomes blank.. complete white...seriously guys its 2025...surely you can update & provide better quality app

Completely useless! I bought a Hoover dishwasher a few years ago. Yesterday it started playing up when I tried to start the wash cycle, so I installed the app to see if I could start it remotely. After registering and logging in, then scanning the serial number I get the following message: "This product is no longer connectable to the Hoover Wizard app. Therefore the product will no longer have the features that would come with the Hoover Wizard app." What a joke! Time to get something better.

Bought tumble dryer. This App is completely useless. Tried the Demo mode first. Could not ever get out of it. Every time app started, stuck in Demo. Reinstalled, avoiding Demo! Then, every time you try to enter your details submit register, always stops on a blank screen! Clearing cache, stopping the app, reinstalling it, all lead to the same result - stuck on blank register. Uninstalled. Useless! How can such a allegedly reputable company put out such abominable rubbish!
