The restaurant is located in via Risorgimento 20 in Modica (Ragusa), in the modern area of ​​the city. The business was born in the midst of the pandemic, on the initiative of Corrado Baglieri, who, supported by his wife, Valentina Fraglica, decided to take the big step. Despite the unfavorable historical and economic moment, the couple inaugurates a take-away pizzeria destined to enter the roll of honor of pizzerias worldwide.

This choice comes after 26 years of career by Corrado Baglieri in the main pizzerias of Modica and the surrounding municipalities. From 1995 until 2020, he works as an employee as a pizza chef. This allows him to gain the right experience to be able to manage Make Pizza, a takeaway pizzeria that also offers a home delivery service.

Among the strong points of Make Pizza is Corrado Baglieri's study of the ingredients used. The zero kilometer raw materials are different but the owner also focuses a lot on good kilometre, opting for products originating, for example, from northern Italy but which represent an absolute exclusivity of a specific territory.

At the basis of the success of this activity there is a well-defined entrepreneurial project, carried out by Corrado Baglieri and his wife. They both care a lot about their staff, who contribute to the growth of the pizzeria every day and share the joy that such an ambitious title like 1 Star of Red Chili Pepper brings with it.

What unites the staff members is the sharing of a common goal and the sense of belonging to the project.
