Good and really needed/valuable app in conjunction with nextcloud. However, the selection of text is cumbersome. The interaction needed to select, cut/paste parts of text is not easy. At least not as intuitive as expected. Nice is the ability to position the cursor accurately, but how to switch from insertion point to select text, e.g. by dragging the screen, or switch from selected tekst to a selection with handles to extend/reduce selected text is vage. Would like to elaborate on it more.

It's insanely basic for an official app of such a big project. On one hand, it allows itself things like failing to generate a title (or remove it from the view, notes don't need titles!) and having the "favorite" button next to each note taking about 1/8 of the screen (a lot), something that barely has a reason to be there over hiding the button inside the notes instead. On the other hand, it has a "rich" text editor that lags even on an SSD server and shouldn't even exist in a note-taking app.

Data loss is a continuing problem. Constant attempts to sync away from the network is also an ongoing problem and seem to be related to data loss. This app used to be fairly reliable, but the mor feateures get added it seems the more unstable it gets. I currently use the app for notes related to my employment but I may look for a plain text editor and just sync the text files to nextcloud
