Completely useless. Will not connect to the headphones. In the five years I've owned these headphones, I think I've managed to successfully connect maybe three or four times. I hope you like the stock presets these headphones come with, because you sure as hell aren't getting anything else. Have tried with multiple phones, doesn't work.

The whole point of buying these headphones was for the app. Very high price tag for amp headphones with no app. It just simply won't connect. I see from somebody else's review (not boss) that I may be able to update the firmware manually on my headphones, that in and of itself is a problem. I may update after trying this method but most likely not as somebody just buying this out of the box is going to have a very poor frustrating experience trying to connect with this app. BOSS I expected more.

App doesn't connect, it fails constantly like many others have said. When I say constantly, I mean it. The longest it connected for me uninterrupted was around 30 seconds. Most times it can't even connect at all. I followed all instructions, the hidden instructions on the Boss site, and did a factory reset. It still doesn't work. Even my toothbrush can get Bluetooth right. I hope you're reading this before buying the headphones or still in the return period.
