Terrible app, particularly the mobile version. There is no way to put your Pokémon into different boxes, only labels. If you share a trade room to a different app, the trade room closes. If you want to join a trade room, better write down the code because if you look up the code halfway through your input box gets reset. In general, instructions on the possibilities are very unclear and navigation is not intuitive.

I is a good app, but I have a tiny problem. You don't get any notification when a pokemon in the wonder box is traded or when your pokemon in the gts has ben traded. So you need to check the app if it has happend or not. Also what I notice is that when you are in the app, the trading systeem for the wonder box does not work. A trade in the wonder box will only happen for me when I am away from the app for a long amound of time.

It's nice to be able to use this app from phone or switch but certain functions seem to be locked to what device your using, probably to encourage more downloads of the app. Biggest complaint though is that after several generations were added since the app came out the storage has not seemed to increase from its original, even on the paid version.
