Mirror Words

Mirror Words is an engaging memory and word recognition game that challenges players to decode reversed words under time pressure. The game presents words backwards for a brief moment, then players must type the correct forward version before time runs out.

Core Gameplay: Players see reversed words displayed briefly on screen, then must remember and type the original word correctly. The display duration decreases as difficulty increases, from 2.5 seconds on Easy to 1.2 seconds on Expert mode. Each level reduces display time further, creating progressively challenging gameplay.

Difficulty System: The game features four difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert) with different time limits and scoring multipliers. Players must complete a set number of words per difficulty to unlock the next level. Completing Expert mode triggers a celebration and resets to Easy for continued play.

Scoring & Progression: Points are awarded based on level, difficulty multiplier, and various bonuses:

Streak bonuses for consecutive correct answers
Speed bonuses for quick responses
Level completion bonuses every 5th level
Hint usage reduces final score by 30%
