This app is terrible. I tried connecting to a card several times for payment, but it always gave me errors, and in the end, I could only use cash. I topped up my Jeeny wallet to make payments easier, but the balance wouldn't work at all. There was no option to use it. My balance is still stuck there and cannot be returned. I reported this issue to the support center, but they didn't help at all. I highly do not recommend this app.

One of the worst app that has no support and they automatically close the customer support ticket without any handling. The drivers arrive with cars info that do not match their plates on the app, which is a serious safety issue!. Then, the drivers do not want to cancel the ride, so hopefully you will cancel it from your side and charge you with some fees. I reported the app multiple times with mutiple occasions, without any attention. This app is a failure and I do not recommend it.

This app shows the expected trip fare prior to the trip but at the end of the trip, the charge is always much higher. It seems it is a way of deceiving the customers by offering lower trip fares (even with discounts) and then surprising them with the real and much higher fare. Compared with other apps, this one is the worst when it comes to the accuracy of the fare and it always charges much higher than expected. other apps don't do that.
