It's not a deep strategy game, and I wouldn't even really describe it as a GOOD strategy game. But I did find it addictive for a while and sank a fair few hours into it. It's free, and both ads and microtransactions are few and unobtrusive, so if you like strategy games at all, I strongly recommend you download this one, give it a try, and decide for yourself whether it's for you. ^_^

one of the best games ever!! it just needs internet connection to start the game but mid-game, you can turn it off to fully enjoy it offline. at first, it may be overwhelming but it can be very fun to customize houses and witness how each tenants live their lives — a beautiful depiction of reality. earning coins and research points can be a bit difficult at first but as long as you get the hang of it (in my case, around year 12 😆), the game is very relaxing!

Huge Kairosoft fan, this is probably their weakest game. While far from the most egregious example in this industry, the game includes a multitude of microtransactions that interfere with (but don't outright stop) gameplay. The gameplay itself is, as with all Kairosoft titles, legitimately fun and engaging, but don't expect to 100% it without either putting in signficant time, or paying for extra tickets
