I love the Fit Coach App and have been using it for years. It has plenty of varied exercises to choose from. You can tailor which ones you want to do on which days and it has a helpful weight check function too. I also like the fact I can listen to my Spotify workout playlist whilst exercising. The App has many more features which I haven't explored yet, such as the fasting and meal planning. If you want to workout from home, I would highly recommend this App. I find it is good value for money.

Disappointed with the app and the meal plans it offers (Keto, Mediterranean, etc.). Now, I am not a dietician, although it doesn't take a genius to know what you should be eating to fuel your body correctly when you're trying to lose weight and gain some muscle. The meals for the day are a bit strange and you would think they would more proportionalized. After scoping it out, total opposite of my expectations and just disappointed considering I also paid $6.99 in addition for fat burning & exer

Thieves! After I received the first charge, since I wasn`t using the app anyway, I went to cancel it. Of course, like many here, I had to google how to do it, they don`t make it easy and you can`t find it anywhere on their app or website. I canceled it through Google Play on my subscriptions, and right now, it shows that I don`t have any active subscription with them, but guess what, I woke up today to find a charge of 44,76 euros from them on my account! Opening a dispute on Paypal now. Please don`t fall for this app, unless you really know you going to use it a lot, then maybe it could be useful. But be ready to go trough an odyssey when you decide to cancel it.
