This app is borderline useless; 9/10 times it can't fetch all or any of your usage data. Which makes it very hard to check if you should up you monthly rate (as there is no data visible what it's based in). Otherwise the app crashes a lot or just refuses to load. It's a shame as it could be quite nice.

Hoi Chris, wat balen dat de app niet goed voor je lijkt te werken. dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. Ik wil je uitnodigen om contact op te nemen met de klantenservice om het probleem te achterhalen en dit voor je op te lossen.

Nothing special compared to other energy monitoring apps (for example oxxio). Nothing better either. On the other hand, no possibility to import your use history from other apps...or even from a csv file. That doesn't really encourage your use improvement process. Got only multiple "jammer, kan niet!" responses from Client service on the chat. I won't be using this app.

Ik begrijp je feedback! De app is nog vrij 'jong' en we blijven bezig met uitbreiden en het ontwikkelen van diverse functies! Not the most optimal app, UI crashes often, login requests are random, some pages become blank and remain so for days on end. Notifications that pop up and then lead to nothing. This app could be a game changer if a little more effort was put in it. I do appreciate the comsumption feed display and simple UI when it works.

Bedankt voor jouw feedback Leo-Paul! Ik begrijp heel goed dat het erg vervelend is als je dit soort problemen ervaart. Onlangs hebben wij wat problemen ervaren met de app. Deze problemen zouden inmiddels wel opgelost moeten zijn. Ervaar jij nog steeds problemen?
