Are you kidding, provider? Valencia Marathon just finished. App completely useless. Could not track my son running the race. So called live tracking failed from start to finish. Given you were aware of your poor app performance from previous experiences, why have you not upgraded to meet demand? Suggest a provider out there picks up the challenge to offer an app that actually works. I would certainly be willing to pay a small fee to use it.

Tracking didn't work. My family were unable to follow any progress. Even a day after my result is recorded as DNF. After the event the App could not handle the traffic. Poor planning of the CDN. Very disappointing.

Completely useless. Dear organizers, if you already make people download an app to track their friends (instead of having it on a website), at least make sure it works and is not constantly overwhelmed on race day!!
