Using this app to open doors in our building. Recognition is slow and too often doors won't open (either lock not found, or the door gives a red signal). Since this system is not a gimmick/game and there is no other way to enter a room, guarded by the Salto system, I think you guys need to seriously evaluate your system. Edit: 2 years after orig. post, changed from 2 stars to 1. This system is utter 💩.

horrible app. Works once on ten tries. The fact they don't log failed attempts speak for itself. If you can, don't use this. I m getting 'the search of service has returned zero results' error all day long. I have to try dozen times, before it unlocks.

I have been unable to use the app for TWO MONTHS. I've tried everything. After I put in my login info, it prompts me to click continue to LOGIN PAGE. I've already been to the login page, that's how I got here. I try again but it turns into an endless loop of me putting in my info just to be forwarded to the login page AGAIN.

What’s new
We’ve made a few improvements to keep things clearer and smoother for you! Now, when a digital key has expired, the app will say Key Expired instead of the confusing Out of Time. We’ve also fixed the message around privacy mode so it shows the right info — if you’ve got the right permissions, you can still unlock remotely and use your Digital Key. Plus, we’ve updated the app to the latest Android version (SDK 35) so everything runs securely and stays fully up to date.
