NPO Zappelin

Parental supervision:
Zappelin alarm clock: Set via the secure parent menu how long your child can make maximum use of the Zappelin app.

Recent Content: See which ten items your child last viewed by swiping left in the content slider.

Resolving problems:

- High internet costs: The NPO Zappelin app is free. However, the data traffic required to stream videos and make games and drawings available offline may incur additional costs. By default, you can only download or stream when your device is connected to Wifi. If desired, you can indicate in the parent menu that you also want to download and stream if your device is not connected to WiFi.

- My favorite program is not listed: Programs are limited available in the app due to rights.

- Full of memory: The app stores the games and crafts, so you can watch them even without internet. If this causes the memory of your phone or tablet to fill up, go to the parent menu and delete the memory.

- App not available outside the Netherlands: Zappelin unfortunately has no rights to offer the videos abroad. The NPO Zappelin app is therefore only available for Dutch accounts.

- Update app impossible: The Zappelin app is suitable for Android phones and tablets from version 5.0.

- Questions or problems with the app: mail to [email protected] for support. Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions that are with the reviews, because those email addresses are not available to us.
