It works, but: - If you load 15€, you can only use about 5, because you cannot start filling with balance below 10€. Then you need to load more, paying the fee again. - You can "refund" the balance, but it just resets it to 0. I have no idea when (and where) I will see my money again - the UI is extremely buggy

Bedankt voor je review. Het klopt dat je de eerste keer de 10 euro buffer moet vullen, zodat je daarna geen probleem hebt met het volledig vullen van je luchtfles. Het terugstorten van het resterende buffergeld gaat gewoon via Mollie, dus dat krijg je enkele dagen na het aanvragen netjes teruggestort. Wat vind je buggy aan de interface?

De app is handig, maar waarom moet je in hemelsnaam min. 10 Euro tegoed hebben om te kunnen vullen? Dit houd dus in dat je bij het gebruik van deze app minstens 10 euro betaald dat je niet kan gebruiken.

Beste Maxim, de 10 euro tegoed wordt gebruikt als een buffer. Op het moment dat je vulactie meer kost dan het tegoed in je digitale wallet is dat tijdens het vullen geen probleem. Na het compleet vullen van je duikfles kun je dan gewoon de buffer én nieuw tegoed storten. Het resterende buffertegoed is trouwens op elk moment volledig terug te vragen
