I couldn't open the app when it was most needed. Waited for almost 30 mins and still didn't work. Checked back a few hours later and still kept loading, even though no updates needed. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still didn't work. Then the next few hours, I magically opened the app and signed in. Never encounter this with any other e-wallet apps. Disappointing

What's wrong with Ovo? I couldn't open it without wifi connection, while my own internet connection were just fine...I watched online, YouTube, play game, even used it as a tethering ..so, yes, mine was fine and always fine, but why ovo had trouble to be open?? I've reinstall it, even forced it to stop and try to log in again...still the same.. This is the second time ovo had trouble like this! So disappointed! I won't use it again unless for grab apps! Ovo : something you can't rely on!

It didnt open when you need it. I thought it'd be better after updates but been the same. It said you need better connections or wifi though i have great connections. Bad.
