terrible experience downloading the app and registering, would and still does not take my mobile nos and no help over the weekend. Have been trying to pick up a parcel for 2 days in a locker using the tracking number in the app ,there is nowhere that shows a QR code .Absolutely stressful ,debilitating trying to work out how to pick one parcel up ,wasted two driving trips and time .Absolute nightmare.

works half the time , but when it doesn't you have to call their support ,which cost you euro per minute , after going through their basic questionnaire of , is your blue tooth is on etc etc , they then tell you to wait for their technical team to call you back . all the while the guy beside you on another companies locker presses four buttons to get his package .

I am not able to identify with MitId on PostNord app due to technical error. Whatever the reason is, I see - Disappointing chatbot, from support to tone of voice and behavoir - No clear description on what is the error(IT) - Constant error message regarding try again later(IT) which is missleading - No peoper documentation on identifying the root cause - No understanding on Customer Service on what the error is ... Still facing the same error after many months and clueless on where to go
