I had a brief look at the app. I can't use it with my students because the few words I sampled were in American pronunciation. Nonetheless, it looks like a complex, ambitious attempt to make the IPA accessible and useful. I liked the table that presented the symbols in a schematic form.

To be most candid, this app truly fulfils my desire to master oral English. The phoeneme chart is more exciting with its pronunciation guide... With this app, you not only get the correct transcription of each English word, but also get their right pronunciations. I recommend it for any body out there who needs to learn and get it right with regards to oral English.

Some good features but not well organized and not sufficiently polished. It would also be useful if it allowed me to listen to the word I just pronounced. If I can hear myself then I have a better chance at correcting my pronunciation on the next try.
