One of the worst apps I've ever used. If you've ever used any other banking app you'd know how trash it is. It almost no features (and almost no improvement in 3 years). After the new update, logging in and performing transaction is so slow that the app logs got out for "inactivity"which means it's taken me up to 5 minutes at a point of sale to purchase a few items with QR code. I can't believe that the current rating is so high, I can only think that they "bought" the high rating reviews.

Nice staff but useless bank. This isn't really HSBC, this bank only offers basic banking services. I tried to get a credit card with them a few months ago, it took forever with too many emails. It only took a few days with the competition, so I stopped banking here. Also, the app doesn't support 2FA, that's not okay in 2025. I hope this company can improve, but reading the reviews tells me change won't happen anytime soon.

Probably the worst app I have ever used. The update is terrible, HSBC Vietnam seem completely incompetent. They made the app 4x slower and everything has to be repeated 3x before it works, it constantly logs you out. HSBC vn are rapidly going downhill, recommend you switch banks.
