To resurrect her sister, Frankenstein spared no effort. She stitched together torn skin and organs, assembling a patchwork body. Nonetheless, the soul refused to return. Until a magical lamp appeared before her. "I will grant you three wishes, whatever they may be," whispered the genie sweetly from the lamp. Frankenstein didn't hesitate. Her sister awoke – to a pile of corpses. The price for binding her soul had been countless others torn away from their living bodies.
