Neo-Okayama, a city where the moon never sets. There, the android Elmina ruled with fear. In one corner of the city, the infamous demon Hibiki was on the verge of resurrection. In another, lived an ordinary schoolgirl, Momo Fujiwara. Her days passed quietly until a fateful encounter changed everything. Elmina appeared before her.
