New Orleans Nocturnes is a paranormal romantic comedy series and Collection 1 is made up of three books: License to Bite, Shift Happens, and Life’s a Witch Purely based on the book titles I knew I was going to have a great time! The books can be read as stand-alones but I would recommend reading/listening to them in order as they are intertwined. All of the couples are great, I feel Carrie moves from strength to strength with each book being better than the last.

I really love Hollie Jackson as a narrator. Her inflection in just the right places add to the humor of the story and makes it even more entertaining. When I read myself, the voices all sound the same in my mind. I love the way she changes her voice for each character. The three stories are so good! Much of the dialog is hilarious. I found myself laughing, smiling, and smirking so much. I can't wait to continue the series! If you're an audiobook lover, I cannot recommend this highly enough!

This was a fantastic trilogy! It was hilarious and heart warming bur also the plot was exciting and I couldn't stop listening! I read or listen to at least tean books at week so it's hard for me to find a good trilogy that leaves me wishing it wasn't over and there was more. The characters were so well thought out and work seamless together through the story it was just such a joy to read this collection. The narration was amazing and fit the characters perfectly. I would recommend this book.
