This short book explores osteoporosis, explaining what it is and why it occurs. This widespread condition affects a significant portion of the global population, and I aim to clarify the underlying causes as well as practical strategies for prevention. I also discuss the benefits of exercise for bone health and include a few exercises specifically designed to help prevent lower back injuries. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (Certificate #45582).
