You can tell the author truly cares about healing people and put their whole heart into this book. It is simple and very helpful. I contains easy things to do to help you reduce stress so is for everyone who lives in the modern world.

The information that makes up the bulk of the book educated me in understanding why and how my body holds onto emotion and stress, and also how to identify if I’m still holding onto heavy weights from the past. I’ve already used a couple of techniques and exercises to improve the way I deal with stress at work. I’m excited to let go of so much more to gain myself again.

I just got this book and it looks very readable, easy to use and helpful. I have done this work and have given people the idea that this works, and this is a good road map. I haven't done enough with it yet to give a full review, but they asked, so here it is.
