Penguin Bloom: Young Readers' Edition

Chris Kunz (Author) Chris is a writer, editor and publisher who works across the TV, film and publishing industries. She has written and script edited for children's television, and has worked at various publishing houses, where she has been an editor and children's publisher. Chris created, storylined and wrote bestselling children's series with the Irwin family and Australia Zoo, and the RSPCA for Random House Australia. She has an MA in Theatre Studies from UNSW.

In 2019 Griffin starred in the role of Noah Bloom alongside Naomi Watts, Andrew Lincoln and Jacki Weaver in the feature film Penguin Bloom. He has also appeared in The Rabble Theatre Company’s performance installation Lone and the National Gallery of Victoria’s short film The Pool. He is currently in grade 5 at primary school, where his interests include reading, writing, drawing, playing guitar and singing.
