To many students of Baba Hari Dass, the brief statements and short questions and answers contained in this book are gems we can live our lives by. We have heard these, or similar sayings, many times in many ways over the years since they were first recorded in The Yellow Book. Babaji’s English and his understanding of American culture developed over the decades, but one can still easily see his insight, humor, and clarity of thought, as he opens up so much of the ancient teaching of yoga to students in the West.
